For over a decade, Kadeem McLean worked as a licensed financial professional partnered with some of Canada's most prominent financial institutions, working directly with clients to build wealth and close the financial knowledge gap most people carry without even knowing it.
Alongside that work, he spent those same years coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs 1-on-1 and in group settings, helping people close the gap between where they are and where they know they should be.
He serves on the Board of Directors for Black Mentorship Inc., has mentored youth through Tim Hortons Camps, authored Wings of Abundance, a financial education book available on Amazon, and hosts The Success Spectrum Podcast.
